  There is nothing better than BBQ after a morning in the trees. The brisket was delicious. The location is convenient, right off the American Eagle lift. Nice dining area to relax and rest the legs with a beer or two at the end of the day too.

  My wife and I have lived at Copper for the last few years. We were very excited to see these guys come over from Vail to start a BBQ joint at our home mountain. We heard great things about their last restaurant, and on our first visit here, we hope they stick around a long time! Now to the review: Simple interior decorating in true BBQ joint form, quick made to order setup, five feet from ski slope, average resort pricing, SUPER TASTY Q! Large portions, great sauces, mellow atmosphere.

  Attracted by the $2 beer deals, the sunny porch seating and the great music, we found the Eagle BBQ to be an overall excellent experience! Darrel and his staff are awesome.

  I ski Copper a couple times a year and this place is a must visit each time. The food is excellent and the wait staff is friendly. I've tried several of their lunches and all have been excellent. I highly recommend the visit.
